Biotium ARF1 (Golgi Apparatus Marker)(ARF1/2117), CF647 conjugate, 0.1mg/mL
The ADP-ribosylation factor (ARF) family comprises a group of structurally and functionally conserved proteins, which are members of the Ras superfamily of regulatory GTP-binding proteins. The ARF family is divided functionally into the ARF and the ARF-like proteins. ARF's share more than 60% sequence identity, appear to be ubiquitous in eukaryotes, and are highly conserved evolutionarily. ARF is involved in intracellular protein traffic to and within the Golgi complex. ARF has a number of disparate activities including maintenance of organelle integrity, assembly of coat proteins, as a co-factor for cholera toxin and as an activator of phospholipase D. Primary antibodies are available purified, or with a selection of fluorescent CF Dyes and other labels. CF Dyes offer exceptional brightness and photostability. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF405S and CF405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and

Biotium p57Kip2 (Mitotic Inhibitor/Suppressor Protein)(57P06), CF647 conjugate, 0.1mg/mL
Recognizes a protein of 57 kDa, identified as p57Kip2. It shows no cross-reaction with p27Kip1. p57Kip2 is a potent tight-binding inhibitor of several G1 cyclin complexes, and is a negative regulator of cell proliferation. Anti-p57 has been used as an aide in identification of complete hydatidiform mole (CHM) (no nuclear labeling of cytotrophoblasts and stromal cells) from partial hydatidiform mole (PHM) in which both cytotrophoblasts and stromal cells stain. The histological differentiation of complete mole, partial mole, and hydropic spontaneous abortion is problematic. Most complete hydatidiform moles are diploid, whereas most partial moles are triploid. Ploidy studies will identify partial moles, but will not differentiate complete moles from non-molar gestations. Complete moles carry a high risk of persistent disease and choriocarcinoma, while partial moles have a very low risk. In normal placenta, many cytotrophoblast nuclei and stromal cells are labeled with this antib

Biotium P-Cadherin (CDH3) (12H6), CF647 conjugate, 0.1mg/mL
This antibody recognizes a protein of 116 kDa, identified as P-Cadherin-1 (CDH3). It is a calcium-dependent cell-cell adhesion glycoprotein comprised of five extracellular cadherin repeats, a transmembrane region and a highly conserved cytoplasmic tail. This gene is located in a six-cadherin cluster in a region on the long arm of chromosome 16 that is involved in loss of heterozygosity events in breast and prostate cancer. In addition, aberrant expression of this protein is observed in cervical adenocarcinomas. Mutations in this gene have been associated with congenital hypotrichosis with juvenile macular dystrophy.Primary antibodies are available purified, or with a selection of fluorescent CF Dyes and other labels. CF Dyes offer exceptional brightness and photostability. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF405S and CF405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific back

Biotium NME1 / nm23-H1 / NDPK-A (Suppressor of Metastasis)(CPTC-NME1-2), CF647 conjugate, 0.1mg/mL
The nm23 gene, a potential suppressor of metastasis, was originally identified by differential hybridization between two murine melanoma sub-lines, one with a high and the second with a low metastatic capacity. Highly metastatic sub-lines exhibit much lower levels of nm23 than less metastatic cells. Based on sequence analysis, nm23 appears highly related to nucleotide diphosphate kinases (NDP-K). In humans, NDP kinase A and B are identical to two isotypes of human nm23 homologs, namely nm23-H1 and H2, respectively. nm23-H2 is identical in sequence to PuF, a transcription factor that binds to nuclease hypersensitive elements at positions 142 to 115 of the human C-Myc promotor. Primary antibodies are available purified, or with a selection of fluorescent CF Dyes and other labels. CF Dyes offer exceptional brightness and photostability. Biotium Cytokeratin 8/18(B22.1 + B23.1), CF647 conjugate, 0.1mg/mL
Cytokeratin 8 (CK8) belongs to the type II (or B or basic) subfamily of high molecular weight cytokeratins and exists in combination with cytokeratin 18 (CK18). This MAb cocktail recognizes all simple epithelia including glandular epithelium, for example thyroid, female breast, gastrointestinal tract, respiratory tract, and urogenital tract including transitional epithelium. All adenocarcinomas and most squamous carcinomas are positive but keratinizing squamous carcinomas are usually negative. This antibody is useful in demonstrating the presence of Paget cells; there is very little keratin 18 in the normal epidermis so only Paget cells are stained.Immunohistochemical staining with this MAb is indistinguishable from that obtained with monoclonal antibody 5D3.Primary antibodies are available purified, or with a selection of fluorescent CF Dyes and other labels. CF Dyes offer exceptional brightness and photostability. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF405S an

Biotium MMP9 (Matrix Metalloproteinase 9)(2C3), CF647 conjugate, 0.1mg/mL
The matrix metalloproteinases (MMP) are a family of peptidase enzymes responsible for the degradation of extracellular matrix components, including collagen, gelatin, fibronectin, laminin and proteoglycan. Transcription of MMP genes is differentially activated by phorbol ester, lipopolysaccharide (LPS) or staphylococcal enterotoxin B (SEB). MMP catalysis requires both calcium and zinc. MMP-9 (also designated 92 kDa type IV collagenase or gelatinase B) has been shown to degrade bone collagens in concert with MMP-1 (also designated interstitial collagenase, fibroblast collagenase or collagenase-1), and cysteine proteases and may play a role in bone osteoclastic resorption. MMP-1 is down-regulated by p53, and abnormality of p53 expression may contribute to joint degradation in rheumatoid arthritis by regulating MMP-1 expression. Primary antibodies are available purified, or with a selection of fluorescent CF Dyes and other labels. CF Dyes offer exceptional brightness and photo

Biotium CD44 Standard(DF1485), CF647 conjugate, 0.1mg/mL
Recognizes a cell surface glycoprotein of 80-95 kDa (CD44) on lymphocytes, monocytes, and granulocytes (Leucocyte Typing Workshop V). Its epitope is resistant to digestion by trypsin and chymotrypsin. The CD44 family of glycoproteins exists in a number of variant isoforms, the most common being the standard 85-95 kDa or hematopoietic variant (CD44s). Higher molecular weight isoforms are described in epithelial cells (CD44v), which are believed to function in intercellular adhesion and stromal binding. CD44 immunostaining is commonly used for the discrimination of urothelial transitional cell carcinoma in-situ from non-neoplastic changes in the urothelium.Primary antibodies are available purified, or with a selection of fluorescent CF Dyes and other labels. CF Dyes offer exceptional brightness and photostability. Biotium TIGIT / VSTM3 / VSIG9 (Immune Checkpoint for Cancer)(TIGIT/3017), CF647 conjugate, 0.1mg/mL
TIGIT is a checkpoint inhibitor which binds with high affinity to the poliovirus receptor (PVR), causing increased IL10 secretion, decreased IL12B secretion. TIGIT binding to PVR also causes the suppression of T cell activation by promoting the generation of mature immuno-regulatory dendritic cells. It is expressed at low levels on natural killer (NK) cells, as well as peripheral memory and regulatory CD4 T cells. At the protein level, it is upregulated following the activation of these cells. Functionally, TIGIT is similar to CTLA4. The ligands for TIGIT include CD155 (signal abrogation) and CD226 (signal stimulation). It has been demonstrated to be upregulated on T cells in many cancers and is an immuno-oncology target for therapy. Primary antibodies are available purified, or with a selection of fluorescent CF Dyes and other labels. CF Dyes offer exceptional brightness and photostability. Biotium CELA3B / ELA3B (Pancreatic Function Marker) (CELA3B/1257), CF647 conjugate, 0.1mg/mL
This MAb recognizes a protein of ~30 kDa, identified as CELA3B (Chymotrypsin like elastase family member 3B). Elastases form a subfamily of serine proteases that hydrolyze many proteins in addition to elastin. Humans have six elastase genes which encode the structurally similar proteins elastase 1, 2, 2A, 2B, 3A, and 3B. Unlike other elastases, elastase 3B has little elastolytic activity. Like most of the human elastases, elastase 3B is secreted from the pancreas as a zymogen and, like other serine proteases such as trypsin, chymotrypsin and kallikrein; it has a digestive function in the intestine. Elastase 3B preferentially cleaves proteins after alanine residues. Elastase 3B may also function in the intestinal transport and metabolism of cholesterol. Both elastase 3A and elastase 3B have been referred to as protease E and as elastase 1, and excretion of this protein in fecal material is frequently used as a measure of pancreatic function in clinical assays.Primary antibodie
